The Vienna Declaration was written for and is shared by everyone who supports humane and scientifically-grounded drug policies based on evidence, not ideology.
The next International AIDS Conference (AIDS 2012) takes place in Washington D.C. in 2012. Between now and then it is up to you, your friends, your communities, and elected representatives to strengthen the call for evidence-based drug policies that respect, protect, and fulfill human rights, reduce harms, and redirect financial resources to where they are most needed.
