Vienna Declaration endorsement cards were created to replace the online sign-up form. Endorsement cards have been used at conferences, festivals and concerts, but may also be used at any other kind of event or information table.
Completed cards may be forwarded to the International Centre for Science in Drug Policy, or the information may be sent electronically. For more information please contact info@icsdp.org.
